I have also been a senior banker and a leading lender for a total of 27 years. I currently work in Fort Lauderdale, actively selling and managing properties in South Florida as a REO Agent.
Bank of America - Personal and Business Banker (5 Years)
5 years Personal and Business Banker and lending Bank of America / Countrywide 2018 transitioning to real estate during the historic Justice Settlement for financial Fraud Leading up to and the financial crisis.
Citi Bank as Financial Analyst for the Southeast Region, including LATAM international high-profile clients and individuals, handling high profile individuals globally (5 Years)
City Mortgage / Mortgage Division - overseeing underwriting as well as origination of residential and commercial lending.
Prudential Realty (Purchased by Berkshire Hathaway) (2009-2015) Handled thousands of properties during the real estate crash and in the subsequent years. Worked with Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Bank of New York Mellon, Bayview Financial Services, Caliber Home Loans, VRM, XOME. Sold and managed their properties, including the many new development condominiums that were being built and that all were suffering with serious issues from the real estate downside. Duties included repairs and remediation, negotiating cash for keys, property eviction, asset rental program ,true stabilization program with Caliber home loans as well as collecting rent, managing the finances, submitting reimbursements, book keeping, accounting for all funds, repairs, weekly inspections, relocation assistance, pricing (BPO) advertising, marketing, open houses, managing the Victoria Park Towers Fort Lauderdale with over one hundred units
REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND
My Property Management origins started in 2002. I began buying rental properties for myself and partners. I was working at Bank of America at the time, where I received a solid banking and credit training background, as well as management training, which has been a foundation for today’s success.
In addition, I have rehabbed and flipped multiple properties, including multi-family homes, as well as completely gutted properties to a shell and transformed them into beautiful homes. Expert experience with successfully negotiating and reducing hundreds of thousands of dollars in code violations. I am currently working on multiple properties including remodeling a condo in West Palm Beach.
I have worked with tenants not paying rent or wanting to stay over the agreement. I made owners lives easier and helped make “Luxury by Fab Management” the premiere condo management company in the Fort Lauderdale area where they manage over 30 buildings, hundreds of multifamily units, maintaining low budget to maximize the earning operating expenses with a high level of integrity accounting for all funds.
